Dry Film

Dry Film Machine: Designed and manufactured in house for New Hampshire Ball Bearings. The machine automatically feeds bearing races into a paint chamber were a dry film lubricant is applied to the OD of a spherical bearing race. The machine is adjustable for a wide range of bearing sizes and no tools were required for size change-over – simply push or pull on the adjustment lever and all centerlines and height settings were adjusted simultaneously.
